I offer a variety of photographic services, with particular emphasis on architecture and real estate, but I also shoot products and food, social media posts, and fine art commissions. I also shoot events, portraits, headshots for business and social media use, families, pets, and engagements. No wedding photography is offered at this time, however. Prices shown are for the Charleston, SC area, but I can travel anywhere within a day's drive to shoot your location. The cost will depend on the length of travel that is necessary, but this is something that we can discuss as needed! Please always feel free to contact me regarding any of the details you would like to discuss about a particular shoot. I will always strive to be available and responsive to any of your needs!
REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHY
High quality images can make all the difference when trying to sell a house. I offer top-notch photography that gives a clear visual picture of the property, with special attention to the details that make a home unique, for anyone who is looking to sell or rent a property. Unlike most real estate photographers, I charge by the number of photos, not the square footage of the house. Rates for properties for MLS/Realtor listings start at $180 for 15 images. These will cover the exterior and interior rooms of the property. Additional photos will be $210 for 20, and $240 for 25.  If you need even more images, please contact me for a custom quote. All photos come with a temporary license for use until the property is sold or goes off the market.
I offer a high end twilight shoot for any properties that you would like me to pay special attention to. Shooting a home in this beautiful light really brings out that something special about a home, and I will work to ensure that these photos showcase the home in best possible way. Adding a twilight shoot to your package will cost $150.
For Airbnb, VRBO, and FSBO listings, please contact me for a quote and licensing based on your needs.
Photos will be uploaded in MLS and print size to Dropbox within 24-48 hours of the shoot.
SOCIAL MEDIA/DIGITAL ADVERTISING PHOTOGRAPHY
Social media and digital advertising has become such a huge part of marketing your business, making it easier than ever to connect with customers and the community. Set yourself apart from the crowd by showcasing your business with professional images that will wow your audience and create more interest in what you're selling! In today's world, a picture is worth a thousand words, and really speaks volumes about who you are and what you have to offer. This package includes an hour long session where we will talk about the vision you have for your business's social media presence, and will work together to create images that you can use in your social media posts for the coming weeks. Since this is a personalized service, prices will vary, so please contact me and let me know what you're looking for, and I will provide a quote based on how the photos are to be used.
FINE ART COMMISSIONS
One of my first loves in photography is the art of capturing the beauty of the world around us, similar to what the great classical painters did before photography was around. Whether it's a particular location, landscape, sunrise, sunset, building, or whatever it is that you want to frame in it's most beautiful light, I am available to bring your vision to life. I have honed my craft over the last 20 years, and as such I have developed a style that uniquely my own. Please contact me for information regarding any sort of commissioned work. Commissions start at $175.
IMAGE USAGE AND RIGHTS
Please note that all rights to photos taken are the sole property of David C. Baker Photography, and that the photographer retains copyright, unless the rights are bought outright through a contract between David C. Baker Photography and the client. I reserve the right to use any and all photos in any sort of promotional material (website, email marketing, print media, etc.) Licensing rights can be negotiated if the client wishes to use the photos for their own use.
